Picking mine up later this week. What do you wish you had asked during performance center delivery?

I've been twice. The second time, the one thing I made sure to do while there was have them help set up my digital key. The first time took me about 6 tries before I got it to install on my iPhone. Second time, they walked me through the install in about 2 minutes.

+1 on the digital key. Have the genius set up the my bmw app and pair it with your phone. And get a tutorial on shortcuts in iDrive 8.5. Best of luck with your new X5.
So are you driving it back to OH after PCD? I did the Hilton Head to CLE round trip recently and the M60i performed flawlessly. Hwy assist plus is fabulous and a real break from the mental fatigue. It’ll get to triple digits in a flash although you’ll need to heed the break-in period. I’ve had mine 4 weeks today and have 2400 miles on it. Comfy seats and solid ride quality even with 22” wheels. I caught the WV turnpike on Sunday of Labor Day weekend with very little traffic. The car stays planted when pushed. The exhaust note is better than some make it out to be. If you use CarPlay for navigation I suggest bringing a cord to plug in as the charger pad is worthless (in all cars in my experience) and CarPlay will drain your phone battery.

Spending a day or two in the Asheville area, then to Eastern Kentucky (family), and finally Ohio.

Used to have a Z4 - I know how much willpower it takes to stick to the break-in rules ;-)
