Missing xm radio presets

About a week ago three or four of my presets for Sirius XM disappeared. The station still exists. When I try to re-add them I press the add preset button and it does the green check mark for a second but doesn't actually save the station. Anyone else seen this or have a fix?

FYI the software update I just received fixed this
