Hi,

I wanted to confirm that there is no oil dip stick on the G05. I want to find a way to check if the oil was changed.

as a side note, do any BMW models nowadays have a dip stick? thanks

I had the same question.. I have not found a dip stick either, but I haven't looked under the engine cover, yet. I also know there is an "electronic check" that checks for the oil level, on the iDrive system.

Tere is no dip stick in the G05. To test the oil level, you must follow the iDrive instructions.

which G05 matters. I think M50i N63 still have dip stick. Inline6 doesn't have. In fact, my e82 N54 from 2009 doesn't have dip stick anymore

Thanks for the inout, yes I know about the oil sensor, I want to find a way to make sure the oil is changed

Correct. To add on this, the F95 X5M S63 V8 doesn't have a dip stick.

When it comes to the M60i, it probably doesn't either since it has the same engine
