I have a chance to get a cheap F85 exhaust off a friend, problem is I own a G05. Any chance a shop can make this fit without causing mayhem?

That is an idea worth exploring. Ask your friend to let you take it to the shop and give it a try before buying it.

I like where your heads at…freer flowing means more power and probably better sound…with that said, I think the F95 exhaust will probably line up better along the routing (albeit larger piping) at least on the exits vs F85. Just my humble opinion. A good exhaust shop should be able to fab whatever you like. Again, I like where your heads at and hope it works out.
