Window speed

Is there a way to code the windows to go up/down any quicker?

I very well could be wrong, but I doubt it since most things of that nature (speed wise) are determined by gear size. BMW wanted a specific speed so they chose the gears that got them that speed.

I'm sure there is gearing involved but if that is the case, wonder if there some way to increase the voltage to the motor a bit to make it spin a little faster.

Honestly, it's one of mine too. The windows are definitely quieter than my previous non BMW vehicle ( not sure if that was BMW's only goal), but I wouldn't mind a little more speed in the windows.
