I've been fence sitting for a while with the 50e issues and the recent stop sale order, but 10% off and 1.99% on an ordered 40i would push me over the edge (I'm in CA). Will see if that 1.99 rate trickles into other states/zips soon.

The X5 40i is still harder to get than the 50e. Almost every 40i, in stock, and incoming, has been sold at my dealerships. People were order banked waiting for the next allocations. Dealerships aren't getting a lot of allocations, either, which doesn't help.

One of my dealerships has about 70 40is in their pipeline, and 55 of them are sold. While 15 available X5s sounds like a lot, for a higher-volume dealership in the eastern region, it's pretty much nothing.
Thanks for the insights. Any info on the 50e pipeline? I thought 50e were harder to come by than 40i. Lat month BMW offered 2.99% and $1000 on 40i but not 50e.

The 50e is easier to come by right now, but it's also dealership-dependent. The terms were so awful in past months, they were a hard sell. It was 5.29% last month with no cash. They added $2,000 of lease cash this month, but nothing for financing. The big benefit they added for financing was increasing loyalty, adding conquest, and dropping the rate drastically. The 50e is now eligible for the 1.99%/2.99% rate.

That's great news. For 50e, I see 1.99%/2.99% financing on BMW's website but not increased loyalty and added conquest. Do you have a link for those?

They don't show it on the site. Here is the summary of the October programs.

Thanks a lot. I wish BMW could make it more transparent in the future. It's so easy for some dealers to take advantage of uninformed buyers.

That is another reason why hiring me is well-worth my $500 fee. I give it to you straight-up and tell you all the incentives.

Yes, absolutely. We have different deals on the West Coast, and the dealership is in the Bay Area. They require you to sign in person, but anyone from California can sign a deal there.

Emailing me is fine because sometimes notifications here are a little wonky. Looking forward to working with you!

Without the military incentive, it’s over 9,5% off. With the military incentive, I got 14.52% off a $81k car. Plus free all weather Matts and the $1K BMW CCA rebate to boot.
Where are you getting the 9.5% in the DMV? Do you have sales rep info?

I have multiple dealerships in the DMV area. No one is doing 9.5% off, but depending on the one to which you are local, I may have a little more pull.
