No they will not since xDrive40i has oval tips.

Looks good. So the way the pipes are positioned in the picture—the drip hole will be at the 3pm or 9pm position?

These tips don't have a drip hole, however as they have larger diameter, there is gap where they connect to the real exhaust pipes for the water to drip off. If they did have drip holes then the right side holes would be at 4 o'clock and left at 8
