Thank you. I’m not new here. I had to create a new account as I could not get admin to help me reset my former one.

DAPP is not useful to me. I have family members that have it in other BMWs which I have extensive time behind the wheel. It would be a waste of $2500 on my end.

Wow! I placed my order yesterday afternoon and was at 112 per the VIR I received and sometime within the past four hours I have been issued a VIN and moved to status 150 “Production Begins.”

Maybe, just maybe, those of us that are having Cars delivered next week, will be pleasantly surprised by BMW USA; with better incentives for the Month of December. Some sites have been saying all year, that sales of BMW's Gasoline cars, have gone down, due to consumers going to Non combustion/Electric/Hybrid engines. Here is hoping that they get aggressive with incentives, to close the year with a bang!

My build is for PCD so I am bound to see a delay once production is completed. The estimated completion date is approximately 4-6 days ahead of scheduled from the original build week. I am guessing BMW NA wants to get as many U.S. built X vehicles out the door, prior to the end of the year.

It's a fair question. I guess the best way I can explain it is I want a car I can drive, not a car that drives me. Warnings and advisors are fine, but I really don't like automation that takes control. YMMV, but in my case it's $2500 for features I'd never use. For me, the executive + massaging seats were better ways to spend the money.

Understood and I used to say the same thing until my 2017 X5 had adaptive cruise control. If you do any road trips it’s fantastic. Also I don’t recall if the space saver spare is standard with 22’s. If not, get it.

You've piqued my curiosity. I did get the spare, and I've seen it recommended in other threads, but would you mind sharing why? I mean to be clear a spare makes sense so as not to wait around helpless. This is my first BMW not sure what the other options are — full size spare? no spare?

The only option is the space saver spare and I’m pretty sure it automatically comes with 22” wheels which have high performance non run flats. I have a 2024 M60i and it has the SS spare. Peace of mind IMO.

The 22” wheels automatically add the spare tire at N/C.

Just entered 150 myself. Production date 12/17.

Approximately 24 hours after entering status 150 I can now add the VIN to the My BMW app. The BMW Guide app still doesn't recognize the VIN, reporting error code 1021.

Mine did this for a day or two. After that it was automatically entered into My BMW account. I am a current BMW owner.

Edit: As I have previously stated, my spec went from status 112 on the day I placed my order to status 150 with a VIN issued in less than 24 hours. It also went from built week 51 to 50. 🏎️💨

New user here, is there any MY25 Week 52 builds? I recently placed an order last week and dealer indicated it was a late December allocation, assuming it’s not Week 51?

Haven’t received any further information from them about it after paying my deposit, eagerly awaiting what comes next.
