Just got my 2025 X5 M60i and music playing through wireless CarPlay sometimes would glitch for a split second and then resume normally. Anyone experiencing similar issues? Is this most likely a software issue or is it indicative of faulty hardware? The glitch does not happen very often and I'm debating if it's worthy to bring it to the dealer for diagnosis. Any suggestions?

Happens to me too. One situation is when cell coverage becomes patchy. Also noticed different behavior of music apps, suggesting there may be some server side reasons for these signal breaks

Are you streaming or playing music stored locally on the phone? Maybe you can rule out it being data service related. I have not had this issue but I don't stream my music.

I’m streaming using Apple Music. So this is due to spotty cellular data connection? I never experience such issue before with my Subaru. Is X5’s chassis somehow shielding cellular signals? Aside from the music issue, I do notice Apple Maps’ GPS drifts a lot when driving out from company garage. Interesting… 🧐
