Dahler appears to be the best option out there at the moment. Sounds good albeit a bit on the pricey side, however, you get what you pay for and from what I’ve seen on here as in FB groups I’d steer clear of GCA.

I have the SS GCA exhaust on my 24 x5m60. Install took nearly 10 hours as the flanges are not fit very well required cutting and welding even though its "bolt on". After all that the sound is extremely underwhelming, that being said i havent done a downpipe at this time, not sure how much that would improve it, i think a tune is required to get a proper rumble.
One other member i believe name frozenm60 on here had a titanium system with downpipe installed, i would be curious to see how that performs. All in all from my experience i would explore all other options before GCA. |

I need to get under an re-adjust the tips and get new actuators since the valves that come from Dinan are not from this model I had to leave it open for now.

I'm installing the RCTuning exhaust this weekend, will post videos and photos after install. Also planning to pair with Evolution Racewerks primary and secondary downpipes after the exhaust install to compare before/after.
Also was in the same limited pool as others, GCA looks like an Aliexpress special, Dahler is a premium variant, and am hopeful of RCTuning. I've been in close contact with djrabbi every step of the way and am confident it will satisfy the sound itch. |

I'm looking to possibly do an exhaust upgrade on my new M60i but my biggest concern is I don't want interior noise to pick up or droning at certain RPM's. I more interested in just making it sound better outside but not crazy loud. My old M50i was better sounding. I would almost just be happy with a muffler upgrade.. With these full cat back systems will have more noise in the interior? Is there a simple upgrade options just to clean up the sound on the outside to sound better

Same here, I would think just a more free flowing muffler would work great for me. Like you, I just want it to sound like a true V8 outside. My 2021 Mustang Mach-1 sounded fantastic stock, that's what I am looking for. |

I am trying to upload a sound clip but it is acting up. I will try again later. Have been off the app for sometime now but I saw I left some unanswered questions.
I used Dinan for Axle Back and Mid pipe. And yes I needed to order as if it was F95 “X5M”. If you look up G05 you instead of F95 you will not find anything. But it is the same S68 V8 and Chasis. Just about everything fits. Only added step was the rear exhaust “Difuser” on the G05 (Plastic and metal divider) needed to be removed. Just 2-3 bolts. The F95 exhaust is exposed from the bottom of the rear bumper as the G05 has some plastic design. The Project Gamma cold air intake is direct bolt on also. Only thing that is you need a custom bracket for the engine cover for a complete secure fitment. Over all w/ JB4 the car sounds AMAZING and runs great. About 3.2 or 3.3 I believe on 0-60 |

Dinan Axle-Back, valves opened. I will send a new one with the Dinan Mid-Pipe which has cleaner more aggressive tones!
If it doesn’t populate just go to my YouTube and search Mejia809. It is my only post lol. I will get a few more up tho Last edited by AGRSV_MS; 12-06-2025 at 07:00 AM.. |

The Dinan midpipe is a brilliant choice for the M60i opposed to a res delete. I'm not sold on the axleback as the tips stick out too far for my liking, but the setup sounds proper for this car. Not raspy, just a deep V8 rumble. I bet if you added secondary downpipes to your setup, it'd get even better. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Ig4P263WBTo https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Tf4Q2f6Cy6w |
