2008 bmw m6 issue!!!

Hello all, I have a weird issue I am hoping someone might have some insight on!?!? Car came in with a noisey rear differential and so we replaced it with a used lower mileage one. Now when we drive and turn left or right the traction control light flashes. We have made sure it is correct ratio for the differential and have calibrated the steering angle sensor. We also installed a right side OEM bilstein strut. Dont know if that could have a bering on the situation but thought id try to give as much info. Please let me know if anyone has come accross this and what you may know!! Thank you!
