To dampen the mood...I learned today that my HS basketball coach suddenly and unexpectedly passed away yesterday from a massive heart attack.

Not many people who I consider a truly great human being, but this man changed the lives of so many of his players - myself included.

For what it's worth, I could totally picture you reading a book. I mean, one with pictures ... Maybe naked women or dudes working out ... But, I mean, a book nonetheless. Hehe. Taking a class with, or getting personal instruction from a good instructor early on will pay dividends in the future. Much easier to learn good habits now than have to unlearn bad habits while trying to replace them with good habits later.

Lately I've just been texting my instructor while I'm at the range. He costs too much to have him come out in person. I will say though, yesterday was a huge improvement over my last few trips to the range. Walked away feeling really accomplished.
