My 45e is in the production status. Hoping to get it by end of year. Other than filing federal irs form 8936 along with my tax return is there anything else to do?

Madison, WI So I figure about 3-4 days on the truck. So hopefully it'll in transit 22nd 23rd, and then 26th to the dealer. So in my hands 27th/28th. Margin with the 29th/30th.

As long as it gets on a truck you will be fine. It should only be 2 days or so to Madison but of course they may take Christmas off.

Car is in production status. SA says it’ll be about 2 weeks before I take delivery.

While I’m still waiting for my car to arrive, I know there might be a couple cars available before end of year with my CA. PM me if you are interested. My CA is in Maryland, and he still has a few 12/20 prod date vehicles (one of them is what I built with almost fully loaded options). I’m not a broker btw… Just trying to help out here if anyone is interested.

Week 51 still 112... Not looking good!

One local dealer (might) have a car that was likely a rejected delivery from 11/17, but it has running boards that would need to come off and non ventilated seats. Dealer I ordered with has a 12/19 listed, but it has M Sport and Merino with I think 22" which is a lot of options I didn't pick. With the 7500 credit it's a wash. Might have to jump on one of those tomorrow. Atlanta area.

Status should change anytime now as it changed for some of us today with week 51.

Welcome to the forum. If it is built in the beginning of the week, pretty good. At the end of the week not so much.

Hehe. Exact same here. Was happy to see my 112 status changed, until I realized was to 111. But then jumped back to 112. Assumed meant build week changed, but confirmed still in week 51.

I’m in Texas so hoping even with a late in week build they’ll dispatch all the built 51 week ones prior to stopping everything for the break. Perhaps that’d still give me a chance to take delivery this year.

Regardless, nothing I can do but be optimistic at this point. I’m tired of trying to find one on the lot that isn’t spoken for. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll just have to see how much I like the LCI changes and whether willing to get one - given issues that often crop up after such refresh changes. Did so in my current car and worked out so…

A question to @TurtleBoy.. i see that guys on the west coast have tracked their delivery from start to end that gives a clear picture on Transit time. (E.g. https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...1959845&page=4)

Do we any such status tracking for east coast that will give us some idea on the transit time for PA/NY/NJ area?
