If you can find tire installer will do it then I say go ahead. I just tired of finding tire installer to agree to install them.

Most tire shops in my area don’t have an issue putting on bigger tires, as long as they aren’t X% larger. |

Discount tires will not install for me. Because size differences and speed rating difference. Oem is 111Y, geolandar is 111W but the primacy tour is 111H.

I just purchased tires this past week (21” staggered setup) and tried to order the Geolander but discount tire was all out of the rear sizes…no ETA for restock. I ended up going with the Hankook Ventus S1 EVO 3.
The current P Zeros on the X5 were installed Feb 2023 and are about 1-2 months away from needing to be replaced (11k miles). The tread wear on them is just ridiculous, hopefully the Ventus last a little longer once I install them. |

I just ordered the Geolanders for the 2025 X5 from Discount Tire. They were a little more than the Hankooks but if those were anything like the stock summers I didn’t want them (they’re loud). $1500 on sale was a lot but for this size tire I feel they were reasonable.
Pirellis were out of stock. |
