Sorry if you misunderstood my reply. Wasn't meant to be a downer. I think you should be happy with your experience and continue to foster a good relationship if you have one. I've never dealt with Crevier other than getting a quote so I have no input on their customer service. I was just trying to say that everyone has different experiences and they tend to base their absolute opinion about the dealer/shop from that moment forward; especially if it's a bad experience. I know I certainly do. Enjoy the car!

In the black wheel picture, you can barely see the rear wheel it is so dark - that is my point about stolen hub caps. Silver looks much better to me.

i love both wheel colors. opted on the black ones since all my past vehicles had silver wheels. you have SO! the public won't care about your wheels, since they are too busy staring at that amazing SO exterior lol. welcome and enjoy your M4!
whenever you start that engine... you'll forget what wheel color you have lol

that place never has a person approach me for any help.

i went there over memorial day weekend to take a look around and no help but they had catered bbq ribs so i ate lunch and took some extra to go since no customers were eating it but employees were stacking the food up high on their plates.

Can't decide whether to go with the Black or Light Alloys? Just put the Black Alloys on the passenger side and the Light Alloys on the driver side. And then which ever mood you're in just approach the car from that particular side for that week!

In the future they should make it so you can dress your car before you take it out.

like a smart garage: hmmm what do I want today? CF roof black wheels and the black gloss kidneys...

puts the options into his phone and presses *configure*

15 seconds later the garage door opens and the car is ready for you

I bought my AY M4 at Crevier. Had nothing but positive customer service. I guess it really depends on who you talk to at the time..

They damaged my car and didn't want to fix it even though the damage was not listed in the pre inspection. Would never take my car there.

what did they say? why wouldn't they cover it? if it wasn't on the inspection then it seems pretty common sense they'd legally have to....

They refused to cover it, since they asked everyone mechanics etc if they had done it and they all said no. I called BMW NA and they gave me the runaround also. BMW NA is worthless as well.

I would suggest not taking no for an answer. if it wasn't on the inspection it's their fault. that's the whole point of the inspection.....
