There is a thread about tracking your car with the bill of lading. It has better instructions but The number is 1(800)497-2919. Easier to use number pad than speaking.

Week 12 Allocation - finished up this weekend

Only has to get to Southern NJ - no inclement weather so I'm hoping for an easy journey.

It will be in that status twice during the trip to CA. The first when it is in the rail yard in KC and then again when it arrives in CA.

Do you know how long it typically sits at the port? I think I read somewhere that the status is sometimes lagged and that it is already on the train after a day or 2.

I would think a day or two would be likely. The status definitely lags in most instances.

Took 12 days to get from SC to Richmond. whole process was way faster than I thought. It was out of VDC in 1 day…then it sat over the weekend waiting for them trucking company

Same, mine arrived today. Dealer is completing PDI and charge to 100% so I’ll pickup tomorrow!

It is only by using the automated phone system, there is no web interface.

From the date my order was accepted to delivery at the dealership took only 38 days. Very impressed with the assembly process!

Ours might be on the same train as my status changed to In Transit on 3/27 as well.

Mine actually arrived at the Delearship last Thursday. Picked it up on Saturday. If yours is at the Port and you're in the bay area, sure you will be getting it today or tomorrow. Mine went to the "At the Port" status on a Wednesday, got to the dealer the next day.
