I had a 50e delivered to my dealership but stop sale in effect with no ETA, so:

Reordered on 8/29
Production date 9/17
Expected west coast delivery: 10/20 ish

Anyone else have a 9/14 production date? I know it can still change, but that's that earliest I've seen so far for week 38.

By this time in the process - with my other 2 X5 - I had a VIN and was in prod well before. I'm just preparing myself. Anymore ya just never know.

LOL There is no delay when ordering Dravit that we have ever seen. If there was, it would be in scheduling the build, not having it go into Production Begins once scheduled.

Sounds like you are misremembering. You will only get a VIN when you go into Production Begins and that occurs about two weeks prior to your production week. You have until Sunday and that would be two weeks to the end of yours.

The 15th you are getting from Genus is not your production date but rather the beginning of the production week. That of course is incorrect since Week 38 starts on the 16th and not the 15th. You will only get your production date once you are in Production Begins.

I was wondering about this for myself. F12 is showing a 9/14 production date on my build. But Genius says I'm week 38.

Am I actually week 37?

Yes, I updated my post after catching you were referring to the configurator (it is what I get for trying to do this and visit with my Dad at the same time as he is asking a bunch of questions regarding what we have on TV LOL). As mentioned, we have never seen any delay on a Priority 1 paint no matter what it says. If there was one it would be for scheduling not once scheduled.

Yes, you are week 37. My guess is that the allocation is for Week 38, that is what they are using when they are answering the question. Once you go to 150 then the actual production date is established and it can change, generally moving up.

These days until you get handed the keys just about anything can happen.
