I'm sure nobody borrowed it or anything. They're overbooked it sounds like and warranty work probably gets pushed back.. I'm looking at it like this. Oil change is about $150. ANYTHING that comes back on that loaner w an issue will be double that. A scratch or dent etc. I'd tell them I'll wait or go elsewhere for the oil change. They're putting you in a position to owe more $ at the end of the day.
