How likely is it that the 2025 model will get the physical buttons back for climate control and memory presets?

Does the 2024 model have memory presets? I know it does not have physical buttons, but is it even available as a menu item on the screen? Can you select these with voice commands?

I would say zero chance that the physical buttons will come back.

Good question about using voice for presets, maybe someone can try it.

My dealer notified me that our 50e will be ready for PCD on 6/21/23. So, about 2.5 months from order to factory pick-up.

Ive already had a black car and other than black where it blends in, that bumper really sticks out.

Not sure how everyone else feels about this.

Yes, I had the same concerns and that is why I stuck with Sapphire. I would not have liked the contrast otherwise. But with Sapphire the car looks fully monotone and, while the bumper is quite different, it does look quite nice just the same....

Yeah has the same worry but seeing it in person was actually pleasantly surprised. After a week I barely notice anymore and it’s actually nice on some angles. Although maybe darker colors are probably better suited.

I'm not buying the front bumper either. Looks like ****. They destroyed a nice design. At some point, I was thinking to get M sports but when it was released, the need totally disappeared. Similarly what they did on the new X7. Just plain weird IMO. On the other hand, I think the tail looks nice. I saw one the other day and thought it was smoked but then I saw another one. Looks kind of cool.

I know I will sound biased because I've had the new car less than on month, but I can tell you that I've grown very used to the look of the front and I think it actually looks quite nice. Granted, I deliberately stuck with Black Sapphire as the color of the car, because I was concerned with the contrast of the bumper/etc with the car color. My car looks completely monotone and I think that helps get used to the front.
Ultimately it is in the eyes of the beholder anyways!

I have specced my X6 40i with the M Sport Seats in Tartufo Merino here in the UK.

Some images show the M badge illuminated, some don't.

Does anybody know for sure if that comes illuminated or not?
