Nine separate horizontal lines across the back. Nine.
Other than the back end, the car looks good IMO. But BBMW really needs to improve their rear end designs. |

that illuminated grill is the gaudiest and most tasteless thing ive ever seen in my life... and i want one so badly. hahaha.
but yeah the shape in general is blegh. crazy that one of the most hated car designs of all time, the Pontiac Aztek, is now being emulated across all car manufacturers... truly ahead of its time.

Did I miss the color options or does it only come in this bronze brown crap color?
Price looks like a steal on M50i compared to last gen X6M |

I've owned every X6 variant since conception and will continue with the G06 once I tire out with my F16 although it is a 2019 and I've poured a good amount of coin into it. The negative comments are premature. Wait to see it in person as the styling evolution is in line and I'm sure will command attention on the road.

Not feeling BMW's new tiny-in-between-the-center-vents climate display.

I like the design better than previous X6 models. That being said, I’d rather they move away from the sloping roof design. The Audi Q8 has a much nicer profile. I think BMW would have been better off making the X6 look like a bigger X2 as opposed to a bigger X4.

Who writes this is beautiful is just to add some balance.
I think bmw has 10 designers and all had their own ideas, then the head designer said "I know......., Let's put them all on the car." And so they did. When comes to design "less is more" is some guide for the modern style. Not for bmw |

Because the X6 is always positioned as the sportier version would be their argument. Granted both the 5 and 6 35i had DHP last go round.

Never been a huge fan of the X6 or X4. "The German version of the Pontiac Aztec." This one looks pretty cool though.
I wonder if the connected drive app actually works for this car unlike my M340. 🤷🏼 |

I don't know why but I actually like it more than I thought I would (I usually hate the "coupe" styled SUVs, GLE being the biggest offender) and I actually really like the rear, the whole car just looks more muscular and less bloated than the past 2 generations.

I'll never have a use for this car and it's existence baffles me but it looks good and if you want the size and ride of an SUV without the convenience of cargo room but the looks of a 4 door coupe/hatch this looks like a good option.
