My Week 20 45e started exterior assembly on Monday morning and went all the way through to quality check by Tuesday morning (yesterday). It's now awaiting carrier assignment as of this morning, so no issues getting stuck in quality check purgatory/"groundhogs day"

Wow, lucky you. I have a week 20 build also and as this morning it's still stuck in QC. Sounds like it may be a parts issue. Do you mind sharing your build?

Took 8 days in Awaiting Carrier to move to dispatched. Must be tough to find a truck.

So far so good! I only have about 20 miles behind the wheel, with about 15 of those on city streets and 5 on a freeway. I'm coming from a Jeep GC w/ EcoDiesel, so it's not a surprise that it handles better and the ride quality was much better. Most of the miles were on battery, which was more powerful than I expected based on reviews I've read/watched. Sport mode is awesome and I'm excited to take it up the mountains into northern Arizona to really test the engine and motor. I'm really impressed with the technology, but there's still a lot to digest with that.

Yup. I don’t know beans about assembly lines so if it’s due to a common parts shortage I wonder how some Week 20s get pushed through while the 19s are still sitting. Doesn’t seem like straight FIFO.

Hopefully they take care of the few 20s already on the line then address the 19s.

Thanks for the update! glade your enjoying it so far!. I can't wait to join you, whenever they decide to release mine from QC. I'm in SC so the transit shouldn't take long to arrive at my dealer as long as they have a truck.

If it's a parts issue, it probably has something to do with the packages or addons you order. If you ordered one without the particular parts that they have an issue with then those ones gets pushed through. I'm just speculating here, I have no idea what the issue is.

Mine’s lightly optioned. The only unique ones are the tow hitch and rear sunshades. Parking Assist and heated should be more common.

I went with those options, together with the driver and parking assist, the premium package and the luxury seats. With it moving through production smoothly early last week, I was hopeful for a pickup end of next week. Not looking good for that anymore.

5/11 Build still stuck in QC.

Black/black w/extended merino leather and all of the major option packages (including M-sport), plus HK sound, extended shadowline trim, & blue calipers.

5/11 Build still stuck in QC.

I'm wondering if they pushed mine through early since I'm doing PCD. They never did give me a reason for the hold up, just said "your vehicle is all ready to go for your PCD date."

Not sure, but this really sucks for those of us who've gotten this close to be held up in QC. This is killing me... lol
