I've used MHD ENET Wi-Fi and no issues for me. Airplane mode on iPhone with Wifi on, turn off apple car play on both (phone and car). Works like a charm.

Same Here. It works great with Android and is very fast. It works with the trunk coding as well.

The remote engine start is no longer visible in the connected app

is there any way to disable the 'swing foot to open trunck' functionality, either by coding or by iDrive?

Sometimes i'm sitting on the tailgate, and accidentally swing my foot --> it starts closing.
Luckily it senses that there is weight on the tailgate and it cancels the command, but it annoying that it keeps showing this behaviour numerous times until i step away from the tailgate...
People around me think i'm either sitting on my carkey or that the car has a defect...

You must have very long legs to extend beneath the car while sitting on the tailgate!

^^ actually this happen with my brother in law who was sitting on my tailgate and the door started to close because i was standing close by with my key in the pocket. I thought i pressed it by accident or something was wrong with my car but turns out it was his dangling legs causing it. Trust me my BIL is not tall. He's 5'6" on a good day lol

I have those options, too. Must have been introduced in 07/2020.x. I don't recall seeing it in 11/2019.xx, but could be wrong.

Figured it must have been as I didn't recall seeing it in 03/2020, but have spent a lot more time In those menus looking at digital keys recently so couldn't be sure.

I initially looked at the manual but couldn't find any option for it so I thought you did some magic and coded yours 😄. So I went straight to the car to check for it.

No, eagle_bmw that has the option is in US and @ifr that has that option is in UK, so it's a fairly international option. Their similarity is 07/2020.xx software, however.

However, it does seem to be a stretch (pun intended) to be able reach below the car while sitting on the lower gate. It is not, however, at all difficult to accidentally press the close button on said lower gate. Perhaps that's actually what happened?

I don't have the idrive menu items (BE - 11/2019.70)
And the last time it happened, i was sitting not even close to the buttons on the tailgate.
Good to know the menu items are coming in a later OTA, but i would code it if available in Bimmercode.

I've had this happen when there was a fault in the comfort access sensor/aerial in the bumper. It would open/close the tailgate just by walking past it.

The fault cleared itself fortunately but you might want to hook it up to ISTA and take a peak, or ask the dealer to look at it for you.

So I just got the SW updated to 07/2020.25 and had to recode all features. Here is what I have coded so far using BimmerCode:

- AS/S
- alpina dash with M logo removed
- M animation on startup and shut down
- tailgate
- fog lights with parking lights
- turn signal 5 blinks
- VIM

I do not have the DAP package so ADV coding doesn't do anything for me.

Anything else that I can code and have missed?
