Genius hotline says that my BMW started production on May 11th, 2026, and will finish production on May 15th, 2026.

When the X5 enters the production line it takes only about four hours to build. Your production date must be 5/15 and you’re still at status 150

Yes, that is correct, I am at status 150. I just wrote what the automated robot says when inquiring about my production status. 🙂

We are neck and neck. Today the line says it started today and finishes tomorrow so I think May 14th is the day even though it says a different start date each day all this week. The horrible my garage never updates and probably won't until its sitting in a Spartanburg parking lot.

I’m build week 22 I believe. 5/25 I should start. I’m at production begins according to the vague app.

Now the automated system is saying that the production started on May 13th with the estimated completion of May 15th... coocoo robot.

At least it is consistent with the estimated completion date. And yes, still in status 150, and I understood that the car is ready in 4 hours from you guys.

Oh my my my.... lol... mygarage is in step 8 this morning! Quality Check! The line says it finished production today along with QC and is awaiting a carrier. Feels good to at least be at this point.

Mine also moved. It is on the assembly line, and the automated robot says that it is estimated to be done today, May 14th, 2026.

I never had a build date at 112 unless I called the BMW Genius. Only showed up at 150 with F12.

Mine is now awaiting carrier assignment. Got done a day before listed production date.

It was an update from Genius - they couldn’t see the build week. I contacted them a short while ago and it’s reappeared on their system

Tell me about it! I flipped to 112 a few days ago and I read elsewhere that it’s likely to be systems validating stuff behind the scenes.. the wait goes on!! I’m not expecting to move to 150 any time soon… my build week is still estimated at 29 according to Genius.
