Leather on the lower part of the door panels

As i understand, its not leather on the lower part on the door panels when you ordering full merino leather option (what a misleading name though), but when you order an X7 it will be with leather at the bottom.

I tried to order leather at the bottom thought Individual, but the dealer says its not possible at all. Seems like I have to fix it at the saddler.

Has anyone successfully ordered leather at the bottom from Individual? Or has anyone fixed this at the saddler?

I have ordered coffee, and thinking about getting coffee at the bottom too like the picture above. Or should I go for black leather? I would off course get stitching.

Any ideas?
