Just took delivery of my X5 on Wednesday, however, I get these weird creaking sound from the suspension when coming to a slow stop or slowly accelerating. Didn't hear it on the first couple days, but started noticing it yesterday.

Has anyone experienced this? May be making a trip to the dealership next week.

What type of suspension do you have? Standard, Adaptive M or Air suspension?

Is Auto H brake hold active? Do you have standard or M Sport brake option?

Standard suspension on the s40i, and Auto H brake is not active.

So, I'm torn. Took it in and dealership says its "normal". I've had multiple new BMWs and have never had this issue.

Not sure the best way to proceed outside contacting BMW Corp

I would say wait a bit longer to see if it continues.
When I first took delivery of my X5 back in February of last year, I also had some noises but was advised that is was normal break in for the vehicle. After 2-3 weeks with the car, all the noises went away.

Mine makes this noise. Its normal.
