Would this be considered a defect then? To advertise the tires has having a 50k tread life and yet normal use gets only 20-25k seems absurd? Should everyone expect to have the same experience as you? Did you call them to complain?

Perhaps the heavy use in the snow/ice is decreasing the tread life as well?

Rear tires on X5 (staggered setup) wear about twice as fast as front tires in my experience over the past 6 years.

This is a thread about the P Zero All-seasons. Your Contis are summer tires, so not really a suitable comparison. And what evidence do you have that the P Zero all-seasons wear out extremely fast? Tire life doesn't tend to be a priority or an expectation for 5000+lbs performance SUVs with 500+hp.
Based on tire rack reviews. No personal experience but about 50 pages of tire rack reviews trending in fast wearing.

What reviews are you reading? The reviews I am reading show only 28 total reviews

https://www.tirerack.com/survey/Surv...3WR2P0ASXLNCS#

Also they're a mixed bag. A lot of the reviewers are not specifically reviewing the Bentley ones. I see reviews for someone with a Ford GT? What is going on here.

One reviewer says "Three years and almost 28k miles and the tires are no where near the wear indicators. They have served me well in snow and ice and hold great in the summer on backroad adventures"

Makes no sense.

Quieter. They have the PNCS technology in them:

https://www.pirelli.com/tires/en-us/...ling-with-foam

"The Pirelli Noise Cancelling System™ reduces noise by between two or three decibels, which on average reduces the perceived noise by half, with a consequent improvement in driving comfort"

Can someone post a pic with the pirellis on? I am curious about the sidewall. Conti fat sidewall saved my rims a few times.

No, there were no transmission problems. That is complete BS! They are stock sizes. I ran them for 25,000 miles before they wore out (the rears).

They suck in snow, however. They are more towards the performance spectrum for an all season tire.

You still running them, or did you go with something else?

Any reason (if we are looking for the All Season experience) you don’t move to a square setup with the 22’s? That brings the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All Seasons into play.

Anything wrong with running the Scorpions year round? Excessive wear in summer?

Yup, I did this once with a pair of Vredestein Wintrac Pros on an M4 - I had them on for MN, then moved to California, so decided to just hoon them down to bald ... I was thinking a month or two at most.

Fuckers lasted almost 9 months and I was beating the hell out them. Eventually the inside rears got pretty low, but I was so sick of the shittier handling that I finally gave up and swapped them out.

Lessons:

* Vred wintracs wear like iron, even in 90+ degree heat for a summer
* Squishy handling isn't worth the Kramer-fun of trying to wear them down to zero.

Can you provide a side shot of the entire car so we can see the sidewall perspective? Thank you in advance.

This. Really wish people would post more pics of the entire car with these tires. Seems to have a similar shape to the Michelins though rather than the Contis. I love the look of the contis but want AS.
