X7 Mperf wheels fit X5
Read here somewhere that there is a difference in the distance of the bolts between x5 and x7 wheels.
Apparently X7 Mperformance wheels fit X5. Tires are adjusted to match the x5 warranty clause |

Should fit. Bolt pattern, center bore, and thread size are the same. Bonus is the 22" wheels on the X7 are slightly more aggressive in offset. Do it and show us pics.

Also, which tyres did you get, as BMW only sells this with tyres fitted.

the only difference in stock x7 22's is that they have a very slightly more aggressive offset. Figure it's like buying stockers and getting a little bit of spacer love for free.

Chrudosh Do you have more pics of your X5 with x7 wheels - they look great from this one pic. Where did you get them? And what tire size are you running? Cheers.

I looked into these wheels. The only differ with the offset on the front by 5mm compared to the X5 wheels of the same size. So upon changing the tyres to 35 and 30 side profile they should be exactly the same. No dealer will recommend using them on X5 for the warranty reasons and if there is something wrong with the car this will be used against you in warranty claim. Also dealerships will take a not of any spacers or non recommended wheels being installed during the service.

I’m also looking at purchasing a set of replica 21” 741m wheels in black finish as a winter tyre set for my X7. Comparing it to my existing OEM 22” wheels everything matches - 5x112 bolt patterns, 66.6 centre bore however my existing wheel offset of et32 fronts and et43 differs against the new wheels of et38 fronts and et42 rears. These new wheels will be staggered 9.5j fronts and 10.5j rears. Should I be concerned with this or will the new offsets dimension be ok? I also currently have 15mm spacers on all four wheels which I want to keep on the winter wheels.
Appreciate any help and advise on this please.

I might be wrong but if your new wheel offset is bigger than the old wheels than it will sit closer to the inside of the wheel arch - so maybe it will rub at max turn ? But if you keep using spacers that might negate it anyway ? Is there any difference in ride quality or characteristics when having spacers ? Or is it just purely cosmetic ? |

Yeh my spacers are used purely as a cosmetic enhancement.
