Having a compatible car is an obvious one.

Coding the option to work in the region when not enabled by default is another one.

But is the updated Navigation maps (for road speed limits) one requirement as well ?

I assumed that sign recognition worked with the cameras on the car, not through the navigation system.

Since my car has maps of a different region, none of these feature work on my car (although the car is equipped with them and the coding is done).

Can anyone shed light ?
