Exhaust Sound

Hi all, I have been reading posts across a number of forums and there appears to be some coding to play with the external exhaust speaker on a X5. I have confirmed I have this speaker. I have found a parameter in the BDC module called VCM_POWER_LEVEL and the possible options appear to be the various exhaust sound levels (ie OL, TL, UL etc - see below). Has anyone explored this parameter and the different values? Appreciate any advice / experience. Here are the power levels:Performance Classes

KL = Lowest level
UL = Lower level
ML = Middle level
OL = Upper Level (current setting on my 30d)
TL = Top Level
SL = Super Level

***** Update ******

Changed the setting from OL to TL and there is a noticeable increase in the sound being generated by the external speaker when in Sport mode.

Can this be coded using the BimmerCode in Expert Mode?

No. When I was investigating it earlier, it seemed that V8s had it, I6s did not. But there has since been confusing reporting of some V8s without it and some diesels with. So we know it's not all models, but we really don't know which models include it and which do not.
