SIM Card Number

Hey All...

Does anyone in the US know where in the car I can find the SIM card number? It starts with 89011 according to AT&T. I tried to activate the hotspot function and the car isn't in their system yet by VIN or the vehicle phone number for whatever reason. Connected services work just fine. I called BMW Assist and they didn't know. Just wondering if anyone knows before I go up to the dealer. Thanks!

If this is related to AT&T the data connection is not currently working. Haven't tried for a few weeks but sounds like AT&T was having issues connecting to iDrive 7.0

Geez, between that, and AT&T (and Verizon and Sprint, to be fair) still not getting onboard the eSim for the new iPhone dual sim models, they're really dropping the ball.

My thread:

I have tried exhaustively to get this Hotspot to work. I rely on a hotspot on the road, and this has been more than inconvenient. I have worked both BMW and At&t with no luck for the last few weeks. No fix in sight unfortunately.
