The factory tint is not dark enough in my opinion, that’s why, been doing it that way for the last five BMW cars.

I have to agree the tint on BMW's does not appear to be dark enough, although I would rather have the factory tint that an after market film applied.

On my previous Mk 7.5 Golf GTi I had the factory option of standard privacy glass tint (think its 25%) or the extra cost factory option of 40% tint. Not sure why BMW do not offer this factory option.

Not piano black, Just amazing, maybe the best trim from BMW, i have a several with diferent polished trims, after 6 months all they are scrached........if you want can make daylight photo
