I know most people say don’t buy the prepaid maintenance and I understand their points as I usually get my car serviced at independent shops. My car currently has the Ultimate Care Plus 2 on it 60month/75k miles, which was purchased from the previous owner. Was talking to a Finance guy and they told me I could Upgrade to Ultimate Care Plus 3 72month/100k miles for $1200 that seems pretty good for 6 years (would expire 11/09/2028). I’ve seen other people post their quotes and just for Ultimate Care 1 or 2 people were quoted over 2k. You think it’s worth paying the $1200 for the extra year and more miles or stick with the already included 5 years 75k miles.

How many miles on the car? How many at the end of 60 months? At the end of 72 months? If you drive 5,000 miles/year my answer would be much different if you drive 15,000/year. Like wise my answer is like;y influenced by what’s already on the car. It’s mostly a math problem - and a calculation of whether or not you might benefit….

You're betting on whether or not you will need brakes in that extra year. It obviously depends on how and where you drive but there is a very good chance they will last 75 - 100k before needing a change. I would skip it but some folks like to have it.
