Upgrade blocked, PuMA 65250853 ?

Hi,

I known I am not alone and maybe not the first time, but does someone has the content of the PuMA 65250853 ?

ConnectedDrive support tells me to ask for diagnostic SeSo - SEL-SEL-P-65-20000761464401, (former PuMa - 65250853).

Welcome to the forum. A PUMA case is a request for help from a dealer to BMW. They contents of the case would be specific to your vehicles problem.
