Spring Install Quote...to high?

Hey,

I just reached out to one of my local shops to install a set of springs on the x5.

He finally replied back wtih 7 hours, rate of $150... $1050

Is that to high? I thought I saw some people with shops doing it for 5 or 6hrs?

thoughts?
