No visibility at all. I would know where my car is if I would have

Guys have you tried asking the online genius? I'd wager if you give them your order numbers you should be able to get an update despite being UK site. Ignore the 3 series references as it goes through to a generic team with access to the BMW order systems: https://discover.bmw.co.uk/bmw-live-chat

I still don't get it. In the US people can follow up everything from A to Z.
Here in Europe we can't see nothing. Even the sales reps are completely in the blue most of the time.

How hard can it be to have global a website to track an order, it exists for the US.

Jole, do you know when your car has been produced? mine has been produced on 11 March 2020 but in the System it is in Transit - so I would be courious to know what production date you have, Maybe our cars are on the same ship? cheers from vienna

Reps are being lazy as they can definitely access the system....they have to in order to place/amend orders!

Only to a limited extent. My X5 left Spartanburg around April 2 on a train and I haven't been able to figure out if it is still on the train, at VPC, or on a truck on it's way up.

Beginning of May would be a small miracle to start building. A plant startup is quite a long process + who knows what the status of all the part suppliers will be beginning May.
I would be surprised if a car leaves the production line before June.
