No movement on mine either. I have a 12/6 completion date. I called to confirm yesterday and that hasn’t changed, so that’s good. Sounds like this is normal. I’m wondering how long it will take for me to take delivery in MN if it truly is completed on the 6th.

Mine is 12/5 and no change - from what others have posted, it will say production started until it hits the completion date and then it will update typically to quality check and or awaiting carrier and then fairly quickly update to carrier dispatched.
Not sure for MN, for the northeast, it is trucked for west coast goes by train which takes longer to get loaded and they fill entire trains - truck just needs 6 or 8 going in the same direction to head out. My F15 was 3 days after completion to get to New Hampshire.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys - all the week 48ers here got bumped back 2-3 business days. Some still made week 48 (shifting from early week to late) and a number were shifted out to early week 49.

Mine is still 12/5, but maybe it will move tomorrow as yours moved one day before completion date.

Out of curiosity is it a 40i or a 50i - wondering if the 50i stop sale issue has pushed out some 50i's to be fixed before production is completed.

My X5 40i week 49 production started last Tue 11/27. Status has not changed since then.
BMW Genius assured me that completion date is still 12/7 ( no delay). But it may take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive at my dealer in the west coast. My chance of getting it before Christmas or even New Year is not good !? |

Just moved into "Quality Check" so looking on time for completion today.
For those following along at home. I was initially a week 46 but got bumped out to week 48 with a projected delivery date of 11/30 (likely due to the addition of Parking Assistance and rumored camera shortages). On 11/30 I got bumped out to 12/4 completion - not sure why, but a number of other week 48ers got delayed a business day or two. |
