Picking up a brand new X5 45e M Sport Shadow
Hello fellow X5 fans!
Last weekend, we traded in the old (E70) X5 xDrive30d for a brand new G05 X5 xDrive 45e. I absolutely love this spec. It's got most of the bells and whistles. I've driven it for a few minutes and was pretty impressed. I'll make a real first drive video very soon!

Looks very good, I think AG pairs very well with the high gloss black trims.
Looking forward to the followup review I'm sure you'll appreciate the quietness compared to the 30d |

Looks great , my spec about to complete is an AG m-sport with extended shadowline and it's nice to see how it looks when it's moving. Very cool - enjoy!

My father prefers no badges as well, but the salesman of the dealership told him it is for safety purposes. In case the car burns down, firemen will know it is a hybrid. I think that's bullshit, but who am I to judge. They're not hard to remove, so that'll happen one day or another I guess. Thanks! :-D It is my father's, not mine btw ;-) Quote:

This is a law in Germany and that is why BMW doen’t offer to factory remove the badges on EV. But surely the dealer could have removed them for your father... |

There are other electrical vehicles without such badges. So, that's first class bullshit! Last edited by Heavyd; 01-18-2020 at 03:32 AM.. |

That's what they told us as well. The dealer offered to remove the badges, but my father didn't really mind about it.
