In the UK the X5M you can get with £9.5k to £11k GBP discount, roughly 9% to 10%.

I just completed a lease yesterday.
MSRP $123,795 Discount $13,875.25 (Invoice & Diplomat Discount to get 11% off) After multiple calls to dealerships, 6% seems to be the invoice price, or they are all consistent about 6% markup. Base MF I did get the wheel and tire protection, but who wouldn't, damn things are like 2K a piece! I walked out happy. Let me know if you're interested. I can point you towards my SA, Manager was pretty cool, and they have three allocations for builds. |

12k/36 , .00099 MF, .54 Residual (66K was residual value)
I was going to do 15K miles, but that dropped the residual to .52, and the finance guy asked if I was going to be driving that much and told me not to as it will be a waste of money, so I backed down to 12K and gained a couple of points on the residual. he told me it was 30 cents per mile if I go over which made more sense then throwing away the miles upfront and I agreed. Can anyone share the 2021 lease numbers.
What are you paying monthly? Does it include your local tax and did you put any money down besides bank fee and DMV fee. Thanks in advance fellas |

Up here in Toronto, just upgraded from a 2018 530e to the 2021 X5M Competition. MSRP was $141,700, was able to negotiate $3675 off + 0.75% loyalty discount off interest and still trying to get them to throw in T+R protection, delivery Thursday!
