I think you incorrectly posted your question on X5 thread
I believe 30e is a BMW X3

I talked today with another Genius who was super helpful and even funny. He told me week 45 (early November). Same questions as last Saturday and completely different experience!

Sorry TurtleBoy and Juney for the confusion,

What is your current status ? Schedule to build or Production begins

Thanks

So, I dont think anything changed
That is what I thought but I wonder why Finito84 didn't get a build week.
So I ordered my 21' on the 9/18, was given a production number a week later, it entered production last week and has been dispatched from the factory as of today so around 3 weeks from order to completion. I'm up in NY so not sure how long it will take to arrive at the dealership but the SA said he was averaging around 4-5 weeks from order to delivery so pretty spot on.

Are we saying the 45e gets $7,500 + $2,500 BMWFS or $3,250 PenFed + $1,000 BMWCCA + $1,000 College Graduate?

No, if you take the $2,500 BMWFS then the PenFed goes down to $500.

Correcto. That's why I put "OR".

Do you know if the $7,500 credit is applied like the i3?

I don't see the $3250 Penfed for the 45e on Penfed's website for my zip:

https://penfed.truecar.com/prices-ne...rStyleId=69122

They show it for the other X5 trims but not for the 45e. I emailed Penfed about this about a month ago and never heard back...

Yes, the $7,500 federal income tax credit applies to the 45e. But you must have at least $7,500 in federal tax liability to claim the whole amount on your return.

You can also claim 30% credit, up to $1,000 for the installation of a level 2 charger.

On the i3 it applied as a cash discount on the purchase price. On the X5 it appears that it applies as a tax credit when filing your returns.

Yes, it's a tax credit. I'm assuming you are purchasing, in which case you get the credit. Under a lease, the leasing company gets to take the tax credit.

It sounds like if you order a 45e it may not get delivered in 2020. I haven't been able to confirm the federal $7500 is available in 2021.

And the PenFed deduction has to be delivered prior to Jan 4th. PenFed may have a new deduction for 2021.

Federal tax credit will be there in 2021, it starts to sunset when a manufacturer sells more than 200k qualifying cars and BMW is not close to that number...

OL code can stack with pretty much any incentive.

It could have changed but OL codes could not be stacked with Military. Here is the chart from last year, not sure if this year's is different.

Yeah nothing in my OL code fine print about the domestic military program. I just don’t see any Penfed rebate for the 45e though ($3250 or $500).

45e looks to be included since it is not excluded, at least that is the way I read it. I would doubt that BMW would exclude the military from getting an incentive on it.

Expecting to take delivery this week of my ordered 2021 xDrive40i.

I had locked in 1.9% with the $2,500 incentive back in September. It doesn't look like that incentive has changed for my area in TX (77002) for October.

https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offers.html

But, the Corporate program did add a $750 rebate for 2021 X5 Model years in October.

However - when I load the corporate incentive details (link below) I see a Monthly Spotlight amount of $1,750 for 2021 xDrive40i saying it includes Corporate Sales Incentive and APR Credit. Not sure if this is really only beneficial for someone who maybe lives in an area where there is no incentive from BMWFS?

https://bmwna.jotform.com/83125576463158

How should I interpret the total rebate available?

Is it $2,500 + $750

Or would it be $2,500 + $1,750?

I'm also PenFed eligible but I don't think it will make a difference in this case. First BMW purchase no loyalty options available to me.

Hopefully you will get the $2,500 + $750 and not that they change the BMWFS incentive to $1,000 when using the corporate sales program. Incentives are also regional so perhaps they are using the $1,000 as a minimum. Either way, I don't read it to be $2,500 + $1,750.
