I was having 2019 X1 as a loaner past few weeks ,every time i drive close to another car the frontal collision warning will appear but i see very rarely in my x5 but when i drive close to the truck it pops up the Waring right a way.

Do you guys thinking the sensor is somehow pointing little higher?

Even the front car is not moving? My money is on the sensitivity issue of the sensor.

Someone advised the following in the other forum. I might check this

The easiest way to test is this, at a traffic light, with no cars behind you, slowly approach the stopped vehicles, with good amount of distance left between you and them (making sure you slowed down to a crawl) slip the transmission to Neutral, when making sure it is in N, and tap the gas, the collusion warning will trigger immediately assuming you are actually accelerating towards a pair of brake lights. It will start beeping and pulsing until it turns into a solid beep. At this point, a slightest tap on the brake pedal will bring the hunk of metal that is F15 to an immediate halt, no slow down, no warning, this is why you have to make sure there is no car behind you.

look like i got the bad KAFAS camera/sensors too.
