Any experience with Maxton design as a company for after market parts?

As the title says does anybody On this forum have any experience buying and using the products of Maxton design for aftermarket parts like side splitters front splitter etc.?

Yes, I had their front splitter (gloss black) on my prev. prev. car - F10 5 series

Really good quality and fitment, and the gloss black was a good finish. Not unpainted plastic looking, but actually glossy black.

I would use them again. Have they got G05/G06 parts now?

I like the look of the parts, but I am confused about the corporate structure of Maxton. They seem to have multiple fully operating facilities in Canada, UK, and "EU". Ok, the EU one might be just an online shop, but the Canada and UK have physical addresses. The Canadian one is under an hour drive from me in Mississauga, ON (so obviously I'll drop in when I get a chance).

So who designs their parts? Who manufacturers them? And where? Is it all the same company or some kind of a weird molded auto plastics franchise? Any idea?

I think they're based in Poland. I spoke to a sales person in Mississauga, Ontario Few months ago. Very nice individual. He told me they have to order the parts from Europe and it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. I asked if they do installation and was told they have/know a place near their store/facility(about 10 min.) will do installation for about $150-200 Canadian Dollars. They also run 15% promo around certain holidays.

As for US members I sent out an email to their US dealer after they closed and to my surprise received an email at 3:19 am this morning.

Hello,
The reason you do not see BMW parts on our website is that we display only parts that we currently have in stock; however, we can get these parts made and import into the US on the next bulk shipment (6-8weeks)
Please see below retail pricing for parts that you are interested in. Pricing is for Gloss Black finish and includes shipping within the US.
For reference on P/N you may visit our Headquarters website: maxtondesign.com

BM-X5-05-MPACK-FD1G+FD1RG - FRONT SPLITTER BMW X5 G05 M-PACK - $260.00
BM-X5-05-MPACK-RD1G - CENTRAL REAR SPLITTER BMW X5 G05 M-PACK - $160.00
BM-X5-05-MPACK-SD1G - SIDE SKIRTS DIFFUSERS BMW X5 G05 M-PACK - $260.00

May be we can do group buy for individual parts and ask for flat 15% to 20% per item discount if enough members are interested.

Now who want to take responsibility?

Thoughts on how the black parts would look on Alpine White?

I believe they will complement nicely with other Black parts that are already there. Mine is MW and I'm going with Gloss Black Front lip and Side Skirts. I am not sure I like their Rear diffuser so I will be looking for that with some other vendor along with the winglets all in Gloss Black of course. The One on Aliexpress, Alibaba looks very good and aggressive/sporty even though they are 3 different pieces and not seamless.

Do you have a contact email or phone number for their US dealer? I want to buy the side skirts and rather not pay the outrageous Shipping fee that they charge if shipping from Poland/EU.

https://maxtondesignusa.net/

They're based in Illinois.
Mike Augustynski is the name of the gentleman i had email exchanged with. Below is the last reply with order specifics.

I will put these parts on our next import order for you.
Here is your pricing, parts in Gloss Black, free shipping within continental US included.
It would take 3-8 weeks for our next import bulk shipment to get here.

BM-X5-05-MPACK-FD1G+FD1RG - FRONT SPLITTER BMW X5 G05 M-PACK - $234.00
BM-X5-05-MPACK-SD1G - SIDE SKIRTS DIFFUSERS BMW X5 G05 M-PACK - $234.00

When i asked for discount Mr. Augustynski gave me 10% off without any hesitation. So with the discount each item came out to $234 shipping incl. 3 to 8 weeks time. He even said no prepay. There is no mention of BMW parts on their website but they will order them for you.

This is where you will find all the parts. https://maxtondesign.com/

I've had a great experience with Maxton Design, which is a company started by the former head of Holden design. They make a lot of different parts, including wheels and suspension upgrades. Templates from https://masterbundles.com/templates/...werpoint/lgbt/ source is highly recommended. Their customer service has also been great - whenever I've had questions about my car or needed help with something, they've always responded quickly (usually within 24 hours).
