Creaking drivers seat😡
My drivers side seat is creaking around the lower left side plastic molding! Anyone else experience this? Any ideas on how to mitigate?

On my car, its the trim around the seat adjustment buttons panel. If you grab that trim and pull it away from right around the seat adjustment panel, you can hear it click as the clips come away, and click click as push them back in. I am 99% sure this is the noise I am getting when driving especially when taking hard right turns (I'm in the UK with a RHD car so it would be hard left turns for you). When I removed that whole panel for a test drive, the noise went away but I can't leave it off as it looks terrible without the trim, so still working on a fix. |

We have the same issue. The dealer has tried to fix it twice already, no luck so far.

Just starting get this when OH drives. My initial solution ("well, I'll drive then") for some reason was rejected ;-)
I'll have to see if it's in the same place as mobilejo . I wonder if there is a way to perhaps put a bit of bluetac or a nib of paper to wedge it in...? |
