I also like the S4 but obviously one 1-2 years older

Or a 2 series
I'm not a huge fan of Audi, but haven't looked seriously in a while. The new 240i looks nice. I also have not been in a. Non-M 4 series, but they look nice.

Thunderstorms are a daily occurrence her in FL. You'll be fine. Worst thing to worry about when driving through a thunderstorm is visibility and standing water on the road. Just don't go faster than you're tires can handle and you'll be good.

The likelihood of you crossing paths with a tornado while driving is pretty darn low. In fact, if you do cross paths with a twister, hit the next store you see and play powerball!

Safe travels!

Other possibility is hail damage. Hopefully he's in a rental - but that is also unlikely enough that it should NOT influence your decision making.

Edit: I was driving back from meetings in Miami and hit some storms yesterday afternoon - 2:30-4 timeline. A colleague was 30 minutes behind me and he texted me that he ran into hail and was pretty sure his car had some damage.

This, basically.

Previous gen S4 will be the only one you can get with a supercharger/MT. Not sure if you care much, I test drove one earlier this year. Lovely car, very refined. However, it's still an Audi. A 240i might be a good cross between everything, while not breaking the bank, totally.

I've noticed an extremely odd influx of hail in the south, recently. It's even affected certain parts of VA, unnaturally large.

Still waiting for it to become May.

I'm really tired of the weather people and their fear mongering. Did you hear about the storm in the gulf this past Tuesday that made land fall in the Bay Area? There were high wind advisories, tornado warnings, 1/2 size hail predicted, etc... We got about 40min of light and rain.

I actually came prepared this morning. Gym tank, shorts, Nike Frees. No more sweatpants and t shirts in this microwave.

However, I am wondering whether or not I can two pre-workout mixtures in a day, for each session. Don't wanna kill off the potency of them, altogether. Thoughts?

Thought about the Fitness sub-forum but there are too many tools in there. Lol.

I guess the weather hasn't had the best track record so far, this year.

No kidding. One of the first sales VPs I worked for said when he retired he wanted to become either a weatherman or work for SETI so he can always be wrong with no accountability.

4 sets of 5 rep chest press, parallel grip and overhand grip, wide and close grip lat pull downs at 4 sets of 5 reps, then cable pull downs, 4 sets of 5 reps, then pushup/squat (40-50 lb. dumbbells) sets of 4 reps apiece.

That's the AM session what you think of that. Equates to about 25 mins. Pure cardio is killing me I fear lifting weights after 5 weeks.

Dude there are no other machines at my job. 60-80 pounds is good enough for me for those routines anyway, plates only go up to 112 pounds.

I read this at a stop light and thought you were drying your t-shit and sweats in a microwave. lol Good to see that you're learning.

Looks like you're working out harder in the evening than the morning. I'd stick to one in the evening, where you're focused on pushing it. But i'm no expert.

There is a parking lot where most of the road bikers park on the trail i ride on during the week. I park about 4 miles away but pass it on my rides. I call that parking lot "the tool box".

Shit, got me dad!

You're absolutely right, I actually also decided that that would be best. Don't want to overload and need to cycle off, smh. Haha, I know you see the huge variance in calorie burn between morning and evening on MFP LOL.

Why don't you stop by there one day?! I'm sure they could use some WD-40.
