Can anybody help please?

I have a BMW 1 series 13, when I start up when the weather is warm the car over revs and sounds terrible for 30/40 seconds and will do this again if I drive again in roughly 3 hours (less time than 3 hours it wont do it)? It doesnt do this though the winter, only in the summer.

Can anyone help?

Yes I’ve had it plugged in before and nothing showed up

Is that a 2013 ? Change the MAF sensor.
