hi all,
been obsessed w/ learning more about lemon laws and what will happen w/ my car, I came across this notice of Class Action Law suit.
(my car is in the shop 2 weeks now, and expected to be another 3 weeks, not including the time it was in the shop for the battery recall).
It's the middle of the night so I can't call now, but I'll be calling them tomorrow as my car was one of the recalls.

Additional info:
The original lawsuit was filed in NJ and seems it will go ahead. The one in California I guess is a "sub" lawsuit.
