Maybe that's why dogs always nervously stare at their owners while pooping. They're thinking, "I hope he doesn't come over here and sniff my butt right now."

I always thought their logic was;

"I'm just gonna sit here right in the middle of the bathroom and gaze into his eyes and make it as awkward as possible. Just like when I see him watching me take a fat dump from the kitchen window. Nobody gets privacy now."

MKSixer - my problem, too much tea

Apologize for the graphic description next.....

There was this one time out with friends after work - when I knew I was passing a stone from the symptoms that are normally associated with kidney stones.

After a couple cold drafts - I heeded the call of nature. If you have ever passed a stone, you'll appreciate what happens next...I'm standing at the urinal and suddenly feel the stone working its way out.

In mid stream, I hear a pronounced "TINK" of the stone hitting the porcelain urinal. I instantly said out loud..."AHHHHHH!!! There it is!!!"

The guy beside me gave me the weirdest look

Try to consume your last 8oz just before bed. Then start the morning with 20oz as you roll out of bed. Drink a 40 during the day at work and the balance after you get home. Another good idea is to start your day with electrolyte fluids. 8oz of coconut water, a serving of electrolyte supplement, etc... Or just water with reasonable breakfast that has some sodium content.
I bumped up to the 128 goal because 194lbs. I'm exercising about the same I always do, and eating a bit less. This morning breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs with salt on top. I do need to find something to mix into the water though. And I normally have a least 8 oz before bed, it's the morning part that I have the most trouble with. It's noon here, and I am finishing my 1.5l (50+ oz) bottle before I go eat.

On the plus side, since I am drinking more, my appetite for junk food is declining, and my meals actually satiate me before I get up from the table.

Took mine 7 days to pass upon the first onset of symptoms. And that was drinking enough to pee about 18oz of fluid every 30-40 min, every day for 7 days!

It was like clockwork, get up in the morning, pee, drink, shower, get ready, boom! Kidney stone pain! Doubled over for about 15 min and then it subsided until about 6pm and it happened again. That went on for 7 days. I was pissing through a funnel shaped strainer to catch it for the Dr. for 3 of those days. Then i realized that since i was constantly having a bottle of water with me, i'd chug what was left before having to pee and then just pee in the bottle. If no stone, pour it out and put it in the garbage.

Being at a work conference I was thrilled when it finally came out. The day was approaching about 5 pm and i wasn't looking forward to my second daily pain threshold test. I ran back into the room with a bottle of pee, grabbed the strainer and shouted "it came out!" as i was leaving the room to head back to the restroom. lol

I was sure i had a picture of it, but can't find it now.

It's when the order of "Get up in the morning, pee..." gets reversed that you have issues.

Hello my friend!

It's also turning into a busy day for me.

She is actually away for a wedding, I believe.

But, all is well and happy.
