It's funny because I don't do crossfit. It's just a mockery of the people that do it, since there's always a funny stigma surrounding bodybuilding (which is what I do) versus crossfitters. But people always assume I do it because of my physique.

However, I do incorporate heavy dumbbell snatches into my tricep routine, which are hard AF.

Yeah man, progressive overload to failure. Gained about 9-10 pounds of lean mass in the last 2 months, it's crazy. I know I haven't put a pic up on IG in a minute, I probably will in another 4 weeks or so. Changes are mad drastic now.
