3D View app issue since July Update iOS 14

Hi guys, anyone else experiencing 3d view issues in the app.

So even if I go to previous gallery shots that worked pre update they now show as grey?

Only other thing I’ve done is IOS14 update? Could it be an app issue not connected drive?

Anyone else checked since IOS14 update

I had an update on the iphone today for the Connected app - the notes do state that they are working with Apple on a known malfunction within the "Remote 3D View" on iOS 14 - with an apology for the inconvenience.

So at least they are aware and have acknowledged it and working on it. Which is a plus at least as any issues are not normally as easy to find out if this would be the case.

I'm still on iOS 13, didn't make the jump to iOS 14 yet - still working OK for us:

This seems to be issue with iOS 14 but works for some users strangely.

Thanks for this, think you’re spot on. It’s Very annoying to say the least. No excuse for this to not work, IOS14 has been on beta release for some time, reason being is so developers can make tweaks to the app so it fkn works when the full release is done.

I can't get mine to work on both my 2018 540 and new 2021 X5 M50i. I just upgrades to ios 14 which did not help.

Actually, the issue is with iOs 14, it will be resolved once iOs 14.2 is released.

iOS 14.1 got its general release a couple of hours ago and has restored the images in my "Connected" (including the "saved views") and "My BMW" apps.
