Safety Camera Information Disappeared

Hi all. New to the forum and my first post/question. I bought an X5 in October last year and purchased the Safety Camera Information. With an hour or so it was installed etc and was working perfectly. I have just noticed it is no longer working. The app is still there when I go to the BMW apps, but when you click on it, it does nothing. Does anyone know how to re-enable or uninstall/install again? Thanks in advance.

1) verify on your Connected Drive account that subscription is actually active
2) reboot iDrive
3) Apps > Installed apps (highlight it. don't click on it!) > press OPTION on center console > Update apps and services

sometimes it'll come back on its own. one guys Drive Recorder suddenly disabled then came back in 5 days.
