Tint and bubbles
I have windows/windshield tinted 10 days ago, I noticed tiny bubbles on windows here and there . Some seems air bubbles but some looks like contaminated/dirt bubbles :.
I will take it back to the shop for couple thumb size areas full of tiny bubbles. I'd like to know am I too picky about single air bubbles here and there or is it common tinting issue which I have to live with? |

I didn't have any in mine but have read a number of articles saying it is common and expected. Wait a few weeks and see if they cure/evaporate. If not, then contact your installer. Of course it wouldn't hurt to give them a call now just to make sure.
Edit: I guess I should have specified water bubbles. Air bubbles may not go away with curing. Here is a link with some information. https://www.autosupershield.com/blog...-tint-bubbles/ |

My tint guys always do an exceptional job but they always make me come back 2 weeks afterwards to get even the tiniest bubble out because they're expected.
On a windshield I wouldn't want any at all. Bring it back in 2 weeks after it has a little time to heal/cure/dry out and have them make it perfect.

You can expect to see bubble like distortions after installation. These usually go away when the vehicle is left in the hot sun after the glue dries up.
Looks like something different for you though. |

Window tint in Florida? Do you guys do your sides plus the front windshield plus the back read trunk window? How dark can I go in Florida? Pics would be Awsome! Thank you. Just want to make sure I am asking the right questions when going to tint place and getting the right product.
